Can I bring my dog to the beach?

My husband and I are looking for a beach near NOVA where we can bring our dogs. On leash of course! Can I bring my dogs to the public beach there?

Katrina's Reply: According to the Town Code of Ordinances, dogs and other animals are not allowed on the public beaches or the boardwalk from April 1 through September 30 of each year.
Touch base with me in the Fall. I'll bring my dogs and we'll walk them on the beach.
