FOUND: BROWN HUNTING DOG WITH COLLARS

Anyone know anything about a LOST HUNTING DOG near the Colonial Beach area around Food Lion? I have been seeing him behind my house and eating food left for some cats and also behind the Colonial Beach Discount store for more than a week now. He is brown, looks to be some kind of Hound and has 2 collars around his neck. One is blaze orange and the other is blue. We have called Westmoreland County Animal Control and left a message, but I would rather find the owners than for them to come trap him.
Maybe some could spread the word around. Again, he is usually in the pathway by the woods between the discount store and Food Lion in Colonial Beach
