Comedy Club Gala in Colonial Beach Benefits Relay for Life2010's Relay for Life event will feature comedian and hypnotist (or, "psychological illusionist" as he likes to put it!) Denny Moore. He's appeared everywhere from the Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, to Caroline's Comedy Club on Broadway, to TV's Jerry Springer Show. Come see him at the event in Colonial Beach! In addition to Denny, there's fine dining, DJ dancing, and a huge live and silent auction! Cocktail attire. Cash Bar. Adults Only. When: Friday, April 16th, 2010 from 6:30pm - midnight This year marks the third time this Gala event has taken place. Organizers are committed to making a difference in the fight against cancer. About 36,000 Virginia residents were diagnosed with cancer last year and almost 15,000 of them lost their battle with this horrible disease. 
In 2009, this American Cancer Society Comedy Club Gala event featured comedian Matt Kazam. Matt has appeared on television spots on places like and he regularly entertains at The Improv, Rascals, Funny Bones as well as XM Radio. Besides an evening of laughter, the event included fine dining, a deejay and dancing, and a live/silent auction. Preview the auction items took place at 6:00pm when the doors opened.
