The restaurant was auctioned off and reopened as Still Waters Grille around 2001. It closed in 2005.
The land after the building was torn down consisted of two lots. A house was built on one of the lots. You can see the house at the left side of the picture at the top of this page. The address for that house is 1010 Monroe Bay Ave. The Parcel number is 3A12222. It is a four bedroom 2-1/2 bath two-story home built in 2016. The lot measures 7,405 square feet.
The other lot remains empty as of 2025. Each lot was listed for about $225,000 when they initially went up for sale.
