203 Dennison Street

The building at 203 Dennison Street is prominent on the Washington Ave. side. The church and its parrish hall annex buildings take up about a city block.

Since 1911 it has been known as St. Mary's Episcopal Church, consecrated on June 25 of that year by Bishop Robert Gibson. St. Mary's is the oldest standing church in Colonial Beach.

St. Marys Episcopal

Washington, D.C., architect Alexander H. Sonneman designed the building which was built by local contractor Watt Lee.
