Fat Chance Pub and Billiards

Located in the Colonial Plaza Shopping Center is Fat Chance Pub and Billiards. A projected opening date of late Summer or early Fall 2025 is planned.

You'll find them at the corner of the building facing Colonial Avenue, next to Peddler's Market. There is plenty of free parking available as well as a trolley stop onsite.

Inside, there are a dozen or so booths, four or more pool tables, a U-shaped bar with 15-20 stools and a couple of high-top tables according to a rough draft of the floor plan concept.

Fat Bread: Our version of an epic flatbread with Pepperoni, Chopped meatballs, Bacon, Black olives, sautéed onions, mushrooms, and Mozzarella cheese,

Crispy Green Beans: Chipotle Crema or Siracha Aioli.
