Ferris Wheel

It would be awesome to have a ferris wheel on the water!
Katrina's Reply: It sure would! I think there used to be one at the beach year-round. These days, we have the Carnival during the Potomac River Festival every year. They set the ferris wheel up pretty close to the water, on Town Hill.
