The first of the Virginia LOVE signs to be placed in town was the original one on the Boardwalk. It was unveiled during a ceremony in 2015.


The second one to appear in town was the one at Dockside. Its original placement was next to the pontoon boat. It currently is situated on their private beach to where the waters of Monroe Bay appear behind it.
The newest of the Colonial Beach Virginia LOVE signs in town is at GrandPa Hawaii Tropical Treats


We even have seasonal ones! This one was spotted in the Riverside Meadows neighborhood next to a nativity scene in 2025.
There's the ominous osprey themed one on Town Hill.

Across from Town Hill at the Community Garden, there's a vegetable themed one.

On Taylor Street across from High Tides, you'll find this one made of oyster shells and sea glass.


The sign looked a little different in this 2024 photo. It was made from other materials in that version.
This one along the Riverwalk has a boat theme paying homage to the Oyster Wars of old.

Peddler's Market in the Colonial Plaza shopping center is showing some love.
