Stringers Marina
The Colonial Beach Yacht Center is now Stringers Marina (as of Spring 2026). Located next to the Dockside Restaurant and Tiki Bar at the end of Castlewood Drive on Lunsford Point ("the Point") in our town.
Located on almost nine acres, this full-service, year round resort facility overlooks the mighty Potomac River and Monroe Bay, which is renowned for its protected harbor, deep water, easy access and gorgeous sunsets.
The parking area has seen a recent dose of asphalt so it won't be as dusty.

Slips (both open and covered) are available for vessels up to 100ft., Yachts starting at $125/foot Per Year. The Miss Ann historic fantail docked here in the spring of 2013 and later moved just across to the other side of the bay to Evans Island.
Municipal Water or Internet WiFi Access are available.
Please note that during times of high tide, a good portion of the parking lot will be covered with some water.
Boat Services Gladys Marine Yacht Sales & Service used to manage the yard and boat services here. They also ran a Yachting Club where members can have use of boats (with one of their captains or yours) and houseboats for an annual fee. Colonial Beach Boat Works is currently onsite for boat maintenance.
